What happens if I am not present at home during the time of delivery ?
If you are not available at home during the delivery time which is usually from 9 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday), then your packet will be hand over to a nearby Hermespaket-Shop, so that you can take from there any time. Check Hermespaket Website to know more on that.
You can also inform us a nearby Hermespaket-Shop of your choice as shipping address, so that your packet will be shipped directly there and you can pick it up anytime.
