Pakora Instant Mix is a crispy Indian snacks make in minutes.Pakoras are a universally popular Indian snacks made of batter coated vegetables which are deep fried. Pakoras are generally eaten as a Snacks , starter or accompaniment. Pakoras are hot favourite in rainy season, relished with Tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup. For making vegetable sliced pakora, thin slices of desired vegetables (such as onion, potato, egg plant, cauliflower etc.) are dipped in the batter and deep fry in Vegetable oil. It tastes delicious with tomato katech-up or green Coriander Chutney . To make plain pakora, pakora–Instant-mix is mixed with water to make a smooth batter and deep fry in Oil until golden brown in color. It is suitable for vegetarians.

Recipe Ingredients for Gota instant Mix:
chickpea flour , Salt , Red Chili Powder , Ajwain Powder, Cumin Powder , Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Asafoetida powder.
Preparation Method for Pakora:
• Mix the contents of the pack with 200ml of water.
• Stir into a smooth creamy batter and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
• Slice potatoes, aubergine onions or whole fresh chillies and dip into the batter to coat evenly.
• Alternatively slice small chicken pieces, fry quickly to seal, dip in the Pakoras batter and fry until golden brown. Test to ensure the chicken is cooked through inside.
• Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, drain on kitchen roll and serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
To make kadhi Pakori:
• Add 1-2 chopped onions, 1-2 green chillies chopped and green coriander to the batter.
• Fry the Pakoras and add to the kadhi.
