Chick pea flour,semolina,sugar powder,Salt,citric acid(E333) and Sodium bicarbonate E500(Raising agents)Asafoetida,Turmeric and Sodium Acetate E262

Procedure to prepare Khaman Dhokla using Khaman Dhokla Instant Mix:

• Blend 30 ml (tbsp) oil and 235 ml water,pour into Khaman dhokla mix gradually.Blend very gently with minimum strirrinh under batter is very smooth.
• Pour batter into baking tray greased withoil.
• steam on high flame for 15 minutes.If pressure cooker is used,do not apply weight/whistle,Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes and cut into some cubes or wedges.
• Heat 2 tbsp(30 ml)(1 floz) oil.
